Klenit Privacy Policy
Klenit is a laundry pickup and delivery service operated by CrossOps Enterprise. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you install the Klenit mobile application or schedule services through it. By continuing to use Klenit, you agree to the practices described below.
Data We Collect
Contact details
Name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery instructions so we can create your account, schedule couriers, and send service alerts.
Payment information
Billing details that allow us to process orders. Card numbers are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant processor; we only store non-sensitive transaction references.
Usage analytics
App interactions, device type, and session timestamps that show us how features perform so we can resolve bugs, forecast courier capacity, and keep the experience reliable.
How We Use Your Data
Operate the Klenit pickup and delivery workflow, including order intake, courier dispatching, and delivery confirmations.
Send transactional communications about order status, rescheduling, or account updates.
Provide customer support when you contact us about an order or request account changes.
Monitor app stability, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
Storage, Security & Retention
We store application data in Supabase and AWS infrastructure located in the us-east-1 region. Access to these systems is limited to authorized team members and encrypted in transit and at rest to mitigate unauthorized access.
Operational records (orders, pickup instructions, and analytics events) are retained for up to two years. After that window, they are removed or anonymized unless we must keep them longer to comply with legal obligations or resolve billing disputes you have raised.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. The only third parties that handle data on our behalf are the hosting providers mentioned above, who act strictly as processors under our instructions. If this changes, we will update this notice before sharing any new categories of data.
Your Choices & Rights
Access
Request a summary of the personal data linked to your account.
Deletion
Remove your profile and related orders from the app, by submitting a request at /request-account-deletion, or by emailing us at umairahmedbajwa97@gmail.com. Open the deletion request form.
Correction
Update pickup instructions, contact info, or payment details directly in the app.
Opt-out
Control push notifications and marketing preferences from your device settings at any time.
Children's Privacy
Klenit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we learn that we inadvertently stored information about a child, we will delete it promptly after being notified.
Policy Updates
We may revise this policy when we release new features or update our data practices. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will change, and the latest version will always be available here at crossops-enterprise.com/portfolio/klenit/privacy-policy.
