Using Klenit
Klenit provides a mobile application for selecting laundry services, scheduling collection, tracking orders, and arranging delivery in supported service areas. You must provide accurate account, contact, address, and order information.
You are responsible for protecting your login details and verification codes. Contact Klenit promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Orders and prices
Item prices, delivery charges, service timing, discounts, and availability are shown before an order is placed. Review the checkout summary carefully because it is the current total for the selected basket.
Item condition, an incorrect item category, or special handling requirements may require a price or service adjustment. Klenit will communicate a material change before completing the affected service.
Collection, delivery, and customer access
Provide a reachable phone number, an accurate map pin, and safe access for collection and delivery. Available dates and time slots are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, operational capacity, or circumstances outside Klenit’s reasonable control.
Cancellations and service issues
The app allows cancellation while an order remains in the Created status. For an order that has progressed beyond that status, contact support as soon as possible. Report missing, damaged, or incorrectly serviced items promptly with the order details so the team can review the issue.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use Klenit to send unlawful or unsafe items. Klenit may restrict an account when necessary to protect customers, staff, or the service.
Privacy and changes
The Klenit Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. These terms may be updated when the product, service, or legal requirements change. The date below identifies the latest published version.
