How to add or change a laundry pickup address

Open Klenit, go to Profile and Addresses, then add an address and confirm its location on the map. Set the address you use most often as the default so it is selected automatically when you schedule a collection.

Add a new pickup address

  1. Open the Profile tab and choose Addresses.
  2. Choose the option to add a new address.
  3. Enter the address details and add any information that helps the rider find the entrance.
  4. Confirm the location pin on the map.
  5. Save the address and set it as your default if you want Klenit to select it first during scheduling.

Change the address for an order

On the Schedule Collection screen, review the selected pickup address before continuing. Choose another saved address if needed. Address availability and pickup slots are confirmed in the app at the time of booking.

Why does Klenit ask for a map pin?

The map pin helps coordinate collection and delivery when written addresses are similar or incomplete. Place the pin at the actual pickup entrance and keep your contact number current.
