How to create a Klenit account

Download Klenit from Google Play or the App Store, choose Sign up, enter your name, Pakistani phone number, optional email, and password, then complete phone verification. You can browse as a guest, but an account is required to place and manage orders.

Create your account in the Klenit app

  1. Install Klenit from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
  2. Open the app and choose Sign up.
  3. Enter your first name, last name, Pakistani phone number, and password. Email is optional.
  4. Submit the form and enter the verification code sent to your phone.
  5. Add your pickup address when prompted, or continue to the app and add it before checkout.

Can I use Klenit without an account?

Guest mode lets you explore available laundry services and prices. You must sign up or log in before viewing personal orders, managing a profile, or completing an order.

What should I do if verification does not arrive?

Confirm that the phone number is correct and can receive messages, then retry verification. If the issue continues, contact Klenit support and include the phone number you attempted to register.
