When should I expect the Klenit rider to arrive?

Expect the Klenit rider during the collection time window you selected when placing the order. A pickup slot is a time range rather than an exact-minute appointment, so keep your phone available and the laundry ready throughout that window.

Klenit displays available pickup slots as a start and end time. The rider is expected within the selected window, not at one guaranteed minute. The exact arrival can vary with the route, traffic, weather, building access, and earlier collections.

How to make collection easier

  1. Keep the registered phone number reachable during the pickup window.
  2. Have the laundry gathered before the start of the selected slot.
  3. Check that the saved address and map pin identify the correct entrance.
  4. Add a useful order note if the rider needs gate, floor, or access instructions.

Why might a same-day slot be unavailable?

The scheduler removes pickup windows that are too close to the current time and shows only slots returned as available for the selected Klenit service location. Choose another slot or date when no pickup window remains for today.

What if the pickup window has passed?

Check the order status and your recent calls or messages first. If the rider has not arrived by the end of the selected window, contact Klenit support with the order details so the team can check the collection assignment.
