A simple pre-pickup checklist
- Empty pockets and remove valuables, cash, keys, pens, tissues, and electronics.
- Count the items and compare them with the quantities selected in the order.
- Separate Dry Clean or special-care garments from routine washing.
- Check care labels and point out stains, delicate details, damage, or handling concerns.
- Place the laundry together in an accessible bag or collection area.
- Keep your phone available during the selected rider-arrival window.
Should I label special-care items?
A brief note or clear separation can help identify an item that needs special attention, but it does not replace selecting the correct service and catalog item. Add an order note and tell the rider about the concern at collection.
What should not be left in pockets?
Remove anything that could be lost or damage the garment or another item, including valuables, documents, cosmetics, food, sharp objects, and ink pens.
What if the item count changes?
Review and correct the basket before checkout when possible. If the physical handover differs from the order, make the difference clear during collection so Klenit can confirm the accepted items and final bill.
