How to place your first Klenit laundry order

To place a Klenit order, select a laundry service, add garments to My Basket, schedule a collection address and time, review delivery and payment details, then choose Place Order. The order will appear under My Orders after it is accepted.

Place a laundry pickup order step by step

  1. Open Klenit and start a new order from Home.
  2. Choose Wash & Iron, Wash & Fold, Iron Only, Dry Clean, or another service currently shown in the app.
  3. Add each garment or home item and its quantity to My Basket.
  4. Choose Schedule a Collection and confirm your address, pickup date, and available time slot.
  5. Review the delivery mode, item subtotal, delivery charge, any valid discount, and final total.
  6. Confirm Cash on Delivery and choose Place Order.
  7. Open My Orders to follow the new order and its status timeline.

What should I check before placing the order?

Check every item and quantity, the selected address, collection slot, delivery mode, discount, and final amount. The checkout summary is the authoritative total for that basket.

Can I cancel after placing an order?

The app currently offers cancellation while an order is still in the Created status. Once processing has moved forward, contact Klenit support if you need help.
