How to track, cancel, or rate a Klenit order

Open My Orders and select an order to see its status, items, pickup and delivery details, charges, and timeline. Created orders can be cancelled in the app, and delivered orders can be rated if no rating has already been saved.

Track your laundry order

  1. Open the My Orders tab.
  2. Use the available tabs to view all orders or narrow the list by status.
  3. Select the order you want to inspect.
  4. Read the status timeline and review the items, address, delivery details, and total.
  5. Pull down on the order list to refresh if you are waiting for a new update.

Cancel a newly placed order

Open the order details while its status is Created and choose the cancellation action. Confirm the request in the app. Cancellation is not shown after the order advances beyond Created.

Rate a completed laundry order

Delivered orders can be rated from the order-details screen until a positive rating has been saved. Choose a score and submit it once. Contact support separately if a service issue needs a response.
