Wash & Fold and Iron Only orders can show standard delivery within three days. A basket that contains Wash & Iron or Dry Clean items shows a standard estimate of three to five days because those services include additional processing.
Express delivery is shown as within 24 hours
Express is an optional mode for eligible orders and adds the express surcharge displayed at checkout. Availability and the final estimated delivery time must be confirmed in the order summary.

Item condition, garment care requirements, a mixed-service basket, pickup timing, operational capacity, traffic, weather, or a delivery attempt can affect the estimate. The order timeline and checkout delivery estimate are more specific than a general website guide.
